How can I buy tickets?
Our Box Office is open during ticketed shows and opens 30 minutes prior to the listed door time. You can purchase tickets for any upcoming event at The Blue Note & Rose Music Hall that is on sale at our box office when it is open. You may also purchase tickets to The Blue Note & Rose Music Hall shows in advance, the following ways (fees may apply on all):

**$1 per ticket credit card fee added to all box office purchases. **No refunds or exchanges on advance or day of show sales.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are a cashless facility. This means that we will be unable to accept cash as a form of payment.
- Our Box Office, Coat Check, and Venue Merch will only accept credit and debit.
- Our Bars will only accept credit, debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Please note that artist merchandise sales are separate and may still accept cash.

Can I Bring My Bag To The Show?
Bags (max size 12″ x 6″ x 12″) are allowed and will be searched upon entry. Exceptions will be made for necessary medical equipment and bags for nursing mothers. We encourage you to pack light with only the necessities to make the entry process as smooth as possible.

Can I bring a camera to the show?
Our house policy is no flashes, no detachable lenses, no professional rigs, and no audio or video recording. This is subject to change as our artists have their own policies that we are obliged to follow.
Do you serve food?
No, we don’t.
But I’m hungry, where should I eat? And can I bring in food and drinks?
Outside food or drinks are not allowed in the venue. Downtown Columbia is peppered with dining establishments to fit all tastes and moods and we encourage you to patronize our neighbors in The District before and after an event to ward off hunger pains. Additionally, we have two fully stocked bars and a public drinking fountain to quench any thirsts you may work up during your visit.
If I leave can I come back in?
We reserve the right to enforce a no minor re-entry policy: if you are under 21 and leave the building, you will not be re-admitted. If you are over the age of 21, you are free to come and go as you please as long as you are still wearing the colored wristband you were given upon entry (as proof of ticket purchase).
Can I smoke in the venue?
Under City of Columbia Ordinance # 19252, “the possession of lighted smoking materials in any form is prohibited in all enclosed public places and enclosed places of employment in Columbia.” So, no. No E-cigs or vapor either.
Are your shows assigned seating?
Most of our shows are general admission, but we do have balcony seats and tables that may be assigned seating for certain shows. You can find this information on a show’s event page on our website or on the ticket purchase page.
I’m under 21, can I come in?
Most of our shows are all ages, most of our alternative programming events (Brew ‘N Views, dance parties, etc,) are 18+.
I want to bring my kid to a show, do they need a ticket?
Our policy is children age 2 and under in arms do not need a ticket. Occasionally specific shows might have their individual policies which would supersede our venue policy. These instances would be indicated on the ticket link. We also strongly recommend a form of protective ear covers to protect your kiddo’s sensitive ears.
I’m in a wheelchair, but want to come to the show. Is your facility ADA accessible?
Yes, our lower level is ADA accessible. We are happy to make special arrangements to make sure you can get a good spot to watch the show, just give us a call: 573.874.1944.
Can I refund my tickets?
All tickets sales are final. Tickets will only be refunded if an event is canceled. Show times and support acts are subject to change without notice. In the event that a show is canceled, tickets purchased with a credit card will be refunded automatically. For online purchases, refunds will be issued automatically to the card on which the tickets were purchased.
